We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to your entire team. Our stay in this villa was truly delightful, both due to the offered services and the high quality staff, each person as charming as the next. The premises are exceptionally clean, honestly we have nothing to complain about- it was simply perfect! The management has been incredibly attentive and available at any hour, even at the last minute.
We are pleased to wholeheartedly recommend this villa !! A big thank you to all of you for making our stay memorable.Kisses from your favourite French Girls!

To Ita thanks for the wonderful delicious meals, the laughs, caring friendship, you made us welcome and wish you all good wishes. To Martini, how lovely to meet you, sorry for the late nights, thanks for your caring, friendly nature. To our drivers who drove us to wonderful temples, waterfall, hot springs, up steps, down steps and drove us closer so we could rested,and did not have to go down more steps. For stopping for us to take photographs, shop for shoes and driving safely. To the security guard, thank you for keeping us safe at night! And for the beautiful way you all cared. Felt like home !
We will return! BEST RELAXING HOLIDAY!!

Our stay at the Villa has been one of the most enjoyable we have had in our many journeys over the years.The staff have been fabulous in every way. Martini and Ita have been a godsend and will be missed. Thank you for looking after us and making this home feel like ours !! THANKS.

We would like to thank you for this perfect holiday. Staying here for 3 nights. This villa is comfortable with nice and good staff that serving us good anytime. The sea shore that in front this villa was perfect.We could swim in the sea without any limitation and boardless. We had a great time e staying here and would come here again by any chance.

Thanks for 5 amazing days in this beautiful villa. It’s been an amazing experience staying here.
Absolutely the best staff - we felt like home from the first minute here.
Thanks for the amazing food, every meal was a pleasure.
Bali is such a beautiful place - just like this place.

Three weeks in Segara Indah has been perfect! Such a beautiful house, beautiful view and a beautiful garden !
The kids loved the pool (and so did the adults) and they played in it all day long.
Ita : you are an amazing cook! It's been a pleasure every meal you've served. Let's hope that you one day will have your own restaurant!
Martini: you've been an amazing extra grandmother here in Bali. We will never forget you. Thanks to Ketut and Sudi.And thank you for arranging our daytrips during our stay. Love to All.

Staying in the villa was absolute bliss. Everything was perfect, starting from Ita's exquisite cooking, through utmost kindness of the staff, to all the great things we saw and experienced.We had a great time and will come back home with lots of fantastic memories to keep us warm during cold Polish winter.

When we flew to Bali we could not assume that it would be cool! The Villa is magnificent! The garden is simply magical, thanks to the hard work of the gardener. We would have taken him with us !!! Always very clean in the Villa , this is thanks to Martini. If something has to be organised Martini will always help.We would have taken her with us! Special thanks for cooking Ita.Always all was very tasty! And we also would have taken her to Russia. We want to wish everyone good health and wait for us in 2019. We promise that we will return to you necessarily! I forgot about security, thank you for a restful sleep. With love from Russia !!

Our first trip to Bali ever, guided by good friends being here for more than 4 times, and then going to Segara Indah, it's just as if we are dreaming. Thanks to all of you who made our days here like a peaceful wonderland with so much friendliness and laughter. Hopefully we will come back one day and meet you all again.

A wonderful Villa, glorious in every way. We had a lovely relaxing time and would gladly come back. The staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble, including special food requests for one vegan in the group.
I could stay forever!

First we would like to appreciate the efforts that were made to make this place a piece of Heaven on Earth.
Everything from cleanliness to kindness of staff was amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of this Villa and the place. Ita and Martini tried very hard to make this place home for us. It is people that turn a place to stay into a home.If it wasn't for you (Ita,Martini,Ketut and Sudi) Segara Indah would be a very nice Villa in a beautiful spot on the gorgeous Island of the Gods. But you made the difference. You turn Segara Indah into "the place to be ", the home you long to return to, heaven on earth. Your thoughtfulness and your attention to details stand unprecedented by our previous journeys. In Germany one often hears " Nichts gesagt ist genug gelost" but in this case not criticising won't suffice as praise. YOU ARE AMAZING.! Without you this place wouldn't be the same. Thank you for 7 and half wonderful days.
